At iReva Design, we strive to provide an efficient and transparent shipping process for all of our customers. This policy outlines how we handle shipping for both digital and physical products.
1. Shipping of Digital Products
Our digital sewing patterns are instant downloads and are delivered in PDF format. These files are available for immediate download upon successful completion of payment.
- Delivery Method: Digital files are delivered via email with a download link. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your purchase, and the file will be available to download immediately.
- Delivery Time: Instant access, provided the payment is confirmed.
- Issues Accessing the Download: If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at enquiry@irevadesign.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.
2. Shipping of Physical Products
Our ready-to-wear garments and custom clothing pieces are processed and shipped according to the following guidelines:
2.1 Shipping Regions
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
- Spain and European Union countries
- Other international destinations based on our carrier’s shipping capabilities
Please note that shipping to some regions may incur additional delivery times and fees.
2.2 Processing and Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, the following delivery times apply:
- Processing Time: 3-7 business days (depending on the product and availability).

- Spain: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information (if available).
2.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method selected. Costs vary depending on region and shipping speed. For detailed shipping rates, please review the shipping calculator available during the checkout process.
2.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders outside of the European Union, you may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These fees are not included in the total price at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
3. Order Tracking
Once your physical product has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Issues and Delays
We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but please be aware that unexpected delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, shipping carrier issues, or holiday periods. If your order is delayed, you may contact us at enquiry@irevadesign.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at enquiry@irevadesign.com with your order number and photographs of the damage (if applicable). We will work with our shipping provider to replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to update the shipping address, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to redirect the package.
7. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. We will contact you to arrange the reshipping and additional fees.
