Return and Refund Policy
At iReva Design, we strive to provide high-quality fashion pieces that meet the expectations of our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following return and refund policy in accordance with EU and Spanish regulations.
1. Ready-to-Wear Collections
Our ready-to-wear clothing items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. Custom Orders & Bespoke Tailoring
All custom-made and made-to-order garments, including bespoke tailoring and special collections, are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for the customer. If you experience issues with fit or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assess possible adjustments or solutions.
3. Digital Patterns & Atelier Services
Our digital patterns are instant downloads and non-refundable once downloaded. In compliance with EU law, customers must agree to waive their right of withdrawal before downloading digital content.
Before purchase, you will be required to check a box stating: "I agree to waive my right of withdrawal for this digital product once the download process has started."
If you experience any issues accessing the files, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
Atelier services (adjustments, modifications, or repairs) are non-refundable, but we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If an issue arises, contact us within 7 days of completion for evaluation.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiry@irevadesign.com.
